In 1996, while working at the Shell Norco chemical refinery in La Place, Louisiana, I experienced a tragic event that shaped the future of RM Safety Consultant/training. A colleague was crushed in a faulty manlift, an incident that could have been prevented. This personal loss ignited my passion for safety and inspired me to start RM Safety Consultant/training, ensuring such incidents are avoided through rigorous safety practices and training. Everything we learn comes straight from our craft and boots on the ground.
